For the first time, a global association built by and for Indian Muslim women — connecting our history, our voices, and each other across the world.
No one has built this yet.
Across North America and beyond, Indian Muslim women have led, organized, and cared for their communities. Most of this work has happened inside broader South Asian or Muslim organizations, rarely in a space that is fully their own.
GAIM-W exists to change that. It is one global home dedicated to the identity, history, and future of Indian Muslim women: not a service we borrow, but a table that is ours.

A founding network of 1,000 women, before we hold our first meeting.
Once we reach this goal, we will hold our inaugural virtual meeting to celebrate this milestone and begin the work of putting our time, talent, and resources toward improving lives.
We will schedule this meeting thoughtfully, so women across every time zone can take part.
