GAIM-W (the Global Association of Indian Muslim Women) is the first association built strictly and exclusively by and for Indian Muslim women. We preserve the history of the women who came before us and build a community for those carrying that legacy forward today, wherever in the world they call home.

Any Indian Muslim woman, anywhere in the world, is welcome to join. You do not need to be a leader, an activist, or anything in particular. If you share this identity and want a community of your own, there is a place for you here.

No. Joining is free. At this stage we are simply building our community and mailing list, so all you need to do is add your name and email. There are no fees and no obligations.

We are at the very beginning. Right now we are building our living archive of Indian Muslim women and growing the community that will shape everything to come: teams, mentorship, events, and more. The women who join now help decide what GAIM-W becomes.

Help build a global network of 1,000 Indian Muslim women across at least 10 countries, with at least 10 women in each country. Once we meet our goal, we will hold our inaugural virtual meeting to celebrate and discuss how we can use our time, talent, and treasure to improve lives.
We will plan ahead to accommodate everyone’s schedules.
